We are currently seeking a Digital Advertising Analyst to join our digital ads team and will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital advertising campaigns to promote our clients' products and services. Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, search engines, display networks, and email marketing.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance.
- Create engaging and persuasive ad copies, banners, and visual content for digital campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers and content creators, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising to suggest new strategies and tactics for improved campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Digital Ads Analyst / Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, - Lazada Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling ad copies and visuals.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices is a plus.
- Work from the office every day, office location in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta.
- Able to bring your own devices (handphone and laptop)
