Journey
1. Apply to Fortius
You can submit your cover letter, CV, and portfolio to Fortius through various channels. Apply via job openings listed on our website, send an email to our HR team, or submit your application through our Fortius LinkedIn page.
2. Fill Out The Form
You will receive an official offering letter from Fortius, which can be delivered either online or offline. If you accept the offering letter, you will begin your probation period at Fortius.
3. Online Interview
You will be scheduled for an online interview with Fortius HR, along with the leader of the respective position. During this interview, we aim to experience firsthand what it’s like to interact with you.
4. Assignment
You will be given a task related to the position you are applying for, allowing us to assess your competencies directly.
5. Offline Interview
We will invite you to visit our office, allowing you to experience our workplace environment firsthand. This face-to-face interaction will give us the opportunity to discuss in greater depth about our company and its dynamics.
6. Culture Fit Test
We will provide you with a culture fit test to gain a deeper understanding of whether your personality aligns with the culture and core values of Fortius.
7. Background Check
We will conduct a background check by contacting your previous colleagues or supervisors. If you are a fresh graduate, we will reach out to your professors at the university or peers from organizations or communities where you were active.
8. Offering Letter
Congratulations! You have successfully passed all the stages, and we will provide you with an offer letter as the final step of the recruitment process at Fortius. If you accept this offer letter, you will immediately begin your probation period at Fortius
